Murphy's Law If something will go wrong it will happen when the weather gets nasty. Murphy's law #2. This will often happen also when you need the vehicle the most. There are many more Murphy's laws but these pretty well cover it this time. Now it's time for Tedy's law to kick in. Good luck. PS Swearing does not help but often makes a person feel better. *^#@ Sure sounds like it jumped timing or the starter died.
If all else fails Tedy, just push it out into the street and light it on fire. It will make you feel better, honest.
You guys have all got it right but sometimes staters , leads , belts can go simultaneously as one fault creates another . Spark in the dark is good but as Dewey said give it a wind over by hand if you can (plugs out} from Victoria Point , Queensland maybe not so far Downunder
Oh I'll make it burn, trust me Never got to the thing yesterday, other priorities came up as I was about to start. So today if you hear a lot of cursing coming from the northern wet coast, you'll know it's me.
Well, me thinks this will be it's future......... My engine oil is full of gas, I really see no reason to waist time on this anymore. no matter how I look at it, it's not going to be cheap and the van is just is not worth it. Thanks to all who gave pointers and tips, I am done with this van
I've never owned a minivan. But personally they all belong in the claws of that crane and tossed in the pile. Take that for replacing our beloved station wagons. RIP ole MiniVan. Possibly a few small Chinese replacement parts for someone's station wagon in the future. Quoted Tedy----My engine oil is full of gas,-----------> Even better for burning, accidentally.
