Newbie here was googling caballero wagons and this forum popped up. never knew it existed. I own a nomad parts business, MadMooks so we are very familiar with the wagons. my dad owns 2 nomads, and ive had a few drivers in the past. glad to be on board! Mike
Welcome to the nuthouse we call home. Every so often there is a Caballero up for sale. I just hope you have deep pockets and very long arms! They are rare as hen's teeth and oh, so pricey. Mind you, they are truly beautiful cars, so well worth the investment. Good luck with the hunt.
Welcome to the SWF, Mike. Researching Caballeros (and '57/'58 Olds Fiestas...) to buy one, or to sell parts?. I've heard they are very difficult to restore, mostly due to the lack of restoration parts. They are #1 on my list for wagons I'd love to own. Marshall
thanks guys. didn't really plan on buying one, just browsing. kinda digging the 58 fiestas because of that side horizontal trim in the rear. pretty cool stuff.
