Hello..found this site and have a 1965 Pontiac Tempest Custom Wagon. It is capri gold with a 1971 455 GTO drive train, and accented with a leather interior. Glad to see there are other older wagon owners out there. I am out of DeLand Florida.

    Pete.

    Woohoo, another Pontiac guy!:dancing:
Let's see some pics of that baby.
A few years ago I looked at a '65 Tempest wagon with GTO hood and grills, 455 with tri-power and a 4 speed. It was a nice car but alas, I can't buy them all.:scratchchin:

    65 Tempest Wagon

Hiya Pete - Were you ever able to post any pics of the Tempest?

Also, for Goatless, were you looking at a red Tempest in the midwest/northeast? I also have a '65 4-speed with a tripower on it. Sounded like the same car (but mine's never been for sale).

Goatless - Do you still have your '69 Bonneville, and is it still for sale?

Welcome to the forums. A 455 in a '65 Tempest wagon. That thing must be really fast. Did you keep it stock on the outside or can you tell it's a power house?
