    Kinda looks like the Iocetta (think I spelled that right?) with the door that opens the whole front of the car...Oh wait that only had three wheels as I recall.

    Yes, it was basically a longer wheelbase version of the BMW Isetta, to allow for a back seat. Very strange vehicle with the one door opening at the front of the car for front seat passengers, and one door on the right side for the rear seat passengers.
