    Used house paint and a roller to paint my ride. Silly yes but it looks ten times better than it did

    He needs to put the bumper filler back on. what you're seeing on that piece behind the bumper with the two exhaust-sized holes is actually the rear frame cross member. The 64's are supposed to have this ribbed sheet metal filler panel there. Here's a pic with one in place:

    That panel is actually the bumper cross brace and the holes in the bumper brace are for the back up lights to pass thru. The valance panel for a wagon will have the same holes. The frame on an X frame car is hidden by all side of the body(tucked away).
