The more I look at that Suburban grille the more I have to almost agree with Fannie. The Suburban needs a better nose.(y) The Fourgonette needs to be put out of it's misery!:rofl2:

The windshield is really laid back. The grille looks like a Ford. That LTZ version is $60k, I bet. I like the looks of the current Cadillac Escalade better. Have you seen what the 2015 Escalade is going to look like?

I don't care for it at all. Then again, I don't care for the slab-sided look on most new vehicles. The belt line is way too high, the cowl is too high, the front clip is a block, and the sight lines SUCK! Those pillars are about 50% too think for safety. Gramps always taught me that the safest crash is the one you do NOT have, and these new vehicles, ALL of them from everyone, are terrible for being able to see out of. No wonder we need rear cameras and rear clearance monitors and blind spot monitors! There's no glass! We might as well be in submarines. No, thanks very much, I will take a good old wagon any day of the week.

I don't like The way the little bit of the fender sticks between the headlamp assembly. The GMC version looks much better in my opinion. I also think the shorter Tahoe/Yukon version has better proportions. On previous versions, I thought the Suburban-length looked better. One big improvement for all models - fold-flat second and third rows.

    Here's the Yukon:

I will say, the GM version does look a whole lot better(y)....sorry, but I'll take a 'Furd' over either.....newer GM products have cost me so much $$$$$$$$$$$$$ in repairs I can't aFord, to buy a new Ford let alone a kia, and now the government owns GM still I belive....what are you guys drinking????

Some things I like, some not so much. Looks more like a true full size than a tahoe. it may be the camera angle but it looks like it has that stupid roofline so common now where it slopes lower toward the back. At least with that grill the casual observer might not realize that I was driving a Government Motors product. ;) All in all I would prefer an early 1970's model.

I always wished that Ford had made a stretched Bronco in the 1990's with the 444 IH Diesel. Never understood why they left the Suburban unchallenged all those years.

Suburban on the opening post is the L-O-N-G version, while the black Yukon Denali I posted is the short version. Both versions available in either Chevy or GMC flavors. There will be a new Cadillac Escalade version out soon too.

    not bad

I kinda like it, is it completely new or a heavy reskin? I agree about the headlights, lil wierd. I don't understand why the rear license plate is in the gate, again, it would look SO MUCH better in the bumper. AND please no yellow turn signals in the rear. The dash board is way better than the last one, shifter in the console would be nicer. That's pretty good from a Mopar guy. MPJ
