Got it now. The original image is hosted on Facebook, so I had to turn off the anti-tracking plug-in for my browser.

Very cool, but I agree with others, it would look best in black.

I tend to agree with KK. There are some hints of photoshop work if you look closely.

I can only find other images as scale models.

Real or fake, that thing is SWEET! I always liked those old suicide-door lincolns. Low, big wheels, you can't go wrong. Then I saw Dax Shepard's 67:49: WOW!

Since Lincoln never built a wagon...unless you consider the modern, so-called "crossover" vehicles, as such. Still, the red car is stunning! I owned a '62 Lincoln ragtop in 1998-99. Beautiful car! Got 12 mpg, no matter what.

    hey, hey, hey

Starting in 1965, Mercury started advertizing Colony Park with "If Lincoln Continental made a station wagon, Colony Park would be it." Colony Parks and Park Lanes started coming with the Lincoln Continental suspension package as standard equipment, and could be bought with Lincoln Continental interiors as options. This was carried on thru to the end of the 1991 model year, and the end of Colony Park. When Colony Park was downsized in the late 70's, it got the luxo-floaterboat suspension that had been developed for Cougar and the Mark IV. I don't count the much newer cross overs and what not as station wagons, any more than I refer to mini-vans as "the station wagons of the 80's" like Car And Driver did. Mini-vans, the name being self-explanatory, are mini vans. SUV's started out as pick-up truck station wagons, but have developed beyond that now. Only station wagons are station wagons.:1st:

"Station Wagon" was not a modern, sexy marketing term, so "crossover" was invented.

I just can't picture owning something with that name. Reminds me of a guy wearing a mini skirt and heals!:rofl2::slap:

But I guess if it matched my purse it would be okay.:rofl2:
