    Hi
Hopefully below is a pic of the 63 wagon I bought late last year . I had I shipped up to San Francisco from riverside ( while I was in the uk ) for a road trip down to San Diego along the 1 .
It proved faultless used it for four weeks put 2000 miles on it and did not miss a beat . Got talking to lots of people along the way ( who either wanted to buy it ,trade me for it , or had one way back when ) it's my first American car and I'm hooked !!!!
It needs new headliner and some sunvisors ( missing altogether ) interior has been trimmed new carpets ,seats ,door cards ,just thought I'd share this pic ( one of many of it along the way ....

    Hope you like it ?

You know, a few months ago we had a '63 Bel Air wagon posted up in our 'Auctions, Craig's List' section. Also had an Impala tailgate. I was wondering if this was the same wagon. Nope. That one was bronze-ish color with a white top (IIRC).

Very cool looking Bel Air. The extra Impala tail lights and tailgate trim are a nice upgrade.

    Hi all
Thanks for the great response !!!
I'm not going to ship it back here to the uk , its going to live in ca and be me daily every time I come over for a vacation rather than a rental :)
Will gig out some more pics and post them up when I find them on the pc .
Did get to the pomona swapmeet while on vacation looking for the missing bits , and pricing as I went so ill come armed with a little bit of cash next time to put a few bits right on it , as I mentioned like the sun visors and new. Head liner .
Tempted to put new badge inserts on the hood and drop down rear gate ?
Just to give it a little lift ?
    Cheers again Steve

And what a lovely way to travel!

The roof looks great. I'd be tempted to have the rest sanded and repainted. I do NOT like rust.
    Patina is for furnature!
