Take your "kid" to work day I miss driving my wagon to work or any where for that matter. She's still in storage.I have many new idea's and plans for it hopefully this winter. The new garage is'nt quite ready yet, got next week off and am doing the driveway.
My Custom Cruiser is loaded with power and hand tools and I take it to jobs all the time. I use shipping pads to protect the floor and cargo area side covers and back of the seat from damage. In the winter I bum rides from co-workers or have my wife drop me off and pick me up on her way to and from work. The car only sees snow if it's backed into the garage and I have to open the garage door in the winter.
I generally drive the Fury to work on Friday in the summer months. Today it was raining so I took the truck instead.
Old Pink bits gets a run every couple weeks around about 150 to 200 per month as that all I have time for lately
Good to see so many of us are getting our wagons out. I knew a lot of you were using yours as daily drivers; my other wagon ('13 Subaru) gets most of the driving duties so I can correctly say I drive a wagon every day -sometimes 2 wagons in one day!
hold it...thats not true...I do own some 'cars' too.... i actually dragged my Marquis outa mothballs and drove it last weekend for the 1st time in 3 years:banana:
Looked at both the wagons in the warehouse. Would like to take one out but at 100 degrees here through the weekend I think I'll pass. Can't wait for fall and cooler temps.
This is as close as I get to work--------- Couldn't go to the local cruise nite to show off my new White walls. After one short 8 miles to town and back it's sitting in the garage with a flat! Besides been thunderin and raining all day. Wouldn't want to get my hair--hairs wet.
Everyday for the roadmaster - somehow, I usually run about 600-700 miles a week. More with special road trips. I just can't go back to the Honda.
