I'm new to this site and like what I see but I'm not good with computors and how to post pics. I had a friend post a pic on a different site so if you google 82 malibu two door wagon you'll see my project.(gray w/white hood) 454 auto caddi tail lites tilt front end. THANX to all!!
Welcome to the nuthouse! Sounds like you'll fit in just perfectly around here! There is a thread in the general section of threads that has instructions for posting pictures. Believe me, a project like that, and we NEED to see it! What ha great job! Please join in the fun around here. You likely have knowledge that is beyond belief! Maybe check out, also, the project thread on the Buick Electra Sport Estate Wagon. One of our members has an incredible project underway. Have fun.
Well Numad, I found it over on the G-body forum. Need a bigger size pic though....... Welcome to the forum.. Marshall
Sorry to keep you waiting It started out as an 82 malibu classic wagon V6. Removed everything from 1/2 the A pillar back. Had to tweek the A pillar to meet the camino top.Got rid of the header panel. The hood is a 93 camaro w/scoop glassed on, mudded and painted. Then I made a mold and made a much lighter glass hood. Trimmed the rear 1/4's and stretched them to resemble a 57 chevy. As you all know the gas fill on a 57 was in the rear tail light area so it seemed fitting to put back there. It folds out like the 56 and it telescopes out the gas neck. The tail gate is the original but upside down, needed to accomidate the rear power window. A lot of the pictures I took during this project were taken with a non digital camera, so maybe some one can tell me how to do what ever. I have pics on my computor now but don't know how to show them. ???
You'll have to upload the pics to an image-hosting site, like Flickr, or even Facebook. Then, once you do that, copy the pic URL and paste it into the box that comes up when you click on the little yellow 'mountain/sun' icon above the text box. Delete the "http://" that's already there, because the URL already has that. Check here for more detailed instructions: http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=19 Marshall
