    Close but no cigar...

    Distributor is the other end of the block and there is the big old oil pump back there too..
    Plus the Nova has a one piece side plate where the Starfire is a 2 piece.

    Very close though...

    Anyhow - latest progress with this beast is the 308 is sitting in the hole but the mounts I had were wrong so I have the right ones coming from Australia.

    Should be a ****load more progress this weekend I hope...

    Bit more of an update - getting much closer and have almost all the parts needed - just need to have the time to put it all together.

    Nothing much to say but brmmmmm brmmmm - beep beep - brmmm brmmmmmmm...

    It sounds a bit rattly as the lifters haven't pumped up properly and it's open headers plus the tune was very very rough out of the box.
    Next week some tuning and sorting - but tonight I get drunk in celebration!!!
