Apparently it's still a work in progress. Here's a link to a gallery: http://www.fastonwheels.com/camarogallery.html
:banghead3: I hate that they cut up a Nomad to make this project...:16suspect1:...maybe the frame was gone... But I do like the look of the Camero wagon...wonder what they did with all those Fannie parts?
Soooo,, why not send them a note and ASK... Ya never know,, mebbe they might still have some of the parts still laying around.... Doesn't hurt to ask.....
Message sent, but they're collecated in Southern California. Probably won't be getting parts from them.
That looks like it was a nice dry almost rust-free Nomad they cut up, but they will need the RH side glass, as this was busted out of the donor. Cool project, it will cool to see all done! :2_thumbs_up_-_anima David
I want that discarded Nomad and a well rusted (underneath) 68-72 El Camino with good bed sides and roof and back glass. Can you say CREW CAB ELKY???!!!
Would've been nicer, I suppose, if they'd picked a different wagon to do that too. Nomads being the very base model at the time, makes them the rarest. But going after a Bel Air or better would've been at least as bad. And, at least they didn't strip down a wagon for parts while restoring a coupe or four door, and then just junk the empty shell. I've seen that happen too often, too.
