In surfing through this site I came upon MY WAGON. We've owned this example since July of 2005 and at present it is a 53K example. It drives very well and always draws a crowd where ever it goes. If you would like to see more details on our wagon go to: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N1AdWS3JaQ8
Thanks for the video John, your top line New Yorker is absolutely stunning. What a beautiful car. The 1960 300 F in the street is one of my all time favorite body designs and feel it to be one of the best looking body designs that Chrysler Corporation ever built. IMHO. Wow! A real nice collection of cars you have. Thank you for sharing.... Do you take trades?
If you would like to see more of our cars in the same video format go to YouTube, type John Lazenby and Chrysler. There are five more segments of of this program done at the same time. Oh and I sold the 300F a couple of months ago. JL
Wow John, I just finished viewing your You tube videos and well to say the least, I am speechless. You have quite a beautiful collection of Chrysler engineering and the restoration work is superb. Looking at your black 57 300 H/T brings back memories of the Crime Story series from the eighties. I had to go out and buy the series when it became available just to watch Dennis Farina as Mike Torello drive (or rather abuse) his 300 ragtop cruising around old Vegas in the early 60's. I thought your New Yorker Wagon was incredible until I saw your old 300 F up close in the video. What a beauty! Not to mention your unbelievable Imperial, Wow. Thanks for the upload. All I can say is I wish we were neighbors. That way I could watch them all frequently drive by my house. Thanks again for sharing your beautiful Mopar collection with us.:2_thumbs_up_-_anima
The '57 300C is currently on loan to the Petersen Museum in Los Angeles in the "FINS" display. It will be there until February 2014. Our '55 Imperial Newport is a very nice car and enjoyable to drive. We also have an original 1953 Chrysler Imperial Newport with 68k. That is our lowest production car with 823 examples and very few left. It was a barn find about three years ago where it had been sleeping for 25 years. My favorite of our Letter Cars is the 300B followed by the C300 and then the 300C with the previously sold 300F coming in fourth. Yes, I know most really like the F but it just never did it for me compared to the earlier cars. We owned the F for almost 27 years and it now lives in the east with a new owner who really enjoys it. We communicate on a regular basis.
Beautiful cars, John. Wish I had a chance to see them up close and personal when I lived in Orange County.....
