Have you ever wondered where all the rubber goes from your tires as they wear out? After billions and billions of miles of travel over the years how come we don't have piles of rubber dust along side the roads. Apparently the road sides have these very hungry bacteria that eat tire rubber. But where's all the bacteria poop? Yes I'm not very busy today at work!
I wonder about wierd things sometimes. Where has all the 100's of thousands of chewing gum gone? Are there gum eating bacteria?
Dunno about chewing gum bacteria, but I'm 99% certain there are grey-matter-eating bacteria. Proof lies between my own two ears ....
You hit the nail on the head there... Doctors (based on autopsy) say that the most common particulate found in Human lungs is Rubber. The rest gets washed away into our drains/sewers/oceans etc.
