I haven't been on this forum for a couple years due to life kicking my ass, and the final nail in the coffin is that my Olds was stolen from right in front of my house in north east Indianapolis in December.

I just wanted to drop a final note here in the off chance someone tries to sell it to one of you as a no-title parts car or something so you can kick them in the teeth for me.

This just makes me sick. I scan Craigslist like crazy, and will for sure watch for this car. Very sorry for your loss, and hope it finds it's way home to you!

You might also check CarFax and AutoCheck. Small fee for those, but if it has been run through an impound or salvage yard, it should show up.

Thanks, I've been doing the same thing, poring over craigslist. Every time someone posts a picture of a 307 for sale I'm squinting at it, trying to see if the patter of filth is the same as it was on mine.

If it does come back to me, I'm afraid it'll go right back on craigslist, because I don't have a garage and I can't afford to fix whatever they did to it... which at the very least is one busted window. I'll check out those sites, thanks.

Its a very popular demo derby car. Check your county fairs. Also they may scrap the driveline at a local metal recyclers. Those wagons can bring in close to $1000. dollars scrap. Hope you were insured.

Geeze, cermo....that's a gorgeous wagon. I feel sick for you...I really do. I hope you get it back still in tact. It could happen. Guy stole a friend's car because he needed to get to another city. When he got there he called the cops anonymously and told them where it was parked.
Good Luck to you, cermo. Pretty as it is, it should be easy to spot.
