Well....to be honest.......I'm kinda em-bare- @zzed about the Cougar...why I never mentioned it..... It's in a zillion pieces, buried, kinda forgoton, abandoned, in the garage.....


Between X-Mas and news years I took the camera out for a few "what have you done to your wagon lately?" pics.......... I've never seen the camera since......finnaly had to tell Deb yesterday that I lost the camera...... I have a bad feeling about placing it on the rear bumper.....and driving away:banghead3:......and thats why I never posted in the "what have you done......" But I did PM, Krash to give him a heads up with my problem so he would not experience the same

 

Current collector cars in my garage.

Right now I have the '50 Plymouth Suburban, the '55 Chevy 210 wagon, a 1965 Olds 442 convertible and a 1971 Plymouth Duster Drag car. I think I have "Old Man A.D.D.", so I don't know how long any of these will stay with me.

 

Oh man, Tedy. Have you knocked on the doors up the street to see who is using your camera now?

Hey, we can wait. You'll eventually spring for a new camera, we just know it.

Bummer though to lose one that way. I can say that I've never done that, with a camera..............

 

Once, only once, I laid my new digital camera on the front of a trailer tongue I was sitting on to eat. One of those big vendor trailers with a flat plate across the front end. We were at a very large car show at Daytona speedway. At car shows I take millions of photos.
Tummy's full and rested we were quit a ways away when I decided to take some pictures. "Dang it dear, you forgot the camera. " I said. (Never admit fault). Amazingly after some time, the camera was still there where my wife had forgotten it!

Only one other time did my newest digital camera walk away. Still not sure about this one. I have a habit of keeping one of many (Hint Tedy. More than one) on the front seat of whatever I am driving. My Dodge truck at this time. I had driven to ER to be admitted for what later became heart failure. Valets parked my truck and we never saw camera again.
Since this was sort of an emergency, I'm not really sure where that camera went but have never found it.
On the plus side, I have found at least two nice cameras that I can remember, when out hiking and camping. One in an old outhouse. The other a 35MM on a picnic table. No way of finding owners. The one on the table belonged to a very lucky fisherman, fish to prove it. The other belonged to a very lucky husband or boyfriend. Uh--pictures to prove it.
All of this because Tedy reported loosing his camera.

You really unlucky guys! a long time ago I was a digital camera breaker specialist... Since I bought an good one, i'm really careful with it!

Another classic wich I don't drive anymore since one month because of the exhaust and the clutch that I have to change. (panhard 24 B type)




No time for that! I was dreaming at the begnining of my holyday's that I will be abble to finish my wagon and repair this 24... I am a soft dreamer!

Wow, unloved, you've hit the jackpot. You and Rev need to talk. Well, on second thought, maybe not. There needs to be some left over for the rest of us.

 

I have a 1973 Chevy Wagon, 1974 2 door Caprice, 1975 2 door Caprice(just bought so no pictures yet), my wife's 1967 Firebird and then we are doing a 1979 Camaro Z28 currently for my son(14 years old). Also a few pictures of my 81 Z28 I gave my son that he didn't want(manual tranny car). So we sold it so we could buy a car with an automatic.

 

Last January we went looking at Mustangs for my wife. She saw a Focus on the floor in Yellow Blaze. That's the color she wanted, only Ford disco'd the color the previous July, I think. Dealer here said they couldn't locate what she wanted anywhere; 6 cylinder, heated seats, glass roof, Yellow Blaze.

I found the exact car in Chicago, and my local dealer brought it back for us.

That is a waay cool color!
