    Cheers Rev! I grew up with two Irish grandfathers and an Irish great-grandfather - I was lucky to have them around. My great-grandfather worked in a coal mine and was a bare-knuckle fighter. Great stories to hear as a boy.

    My wife and I were talking about the people we have encountered on web forums and I was bragging to her about the "friends and family" feeling that seems unique to this group of wagon lovers.

    My toast to all of you (us):

    To long life, long roofs and long friendships!
    Happy New Year, everyone!
    Joe

    A friend went to the store yesterday to refresh their eggnog supply and they had seven quarts left. The rest of the shelf was bare. It looked so lonely with just those seven quarts that she took a picture to show us :clap:

    I too need a refill. Be back in a sec.

    Darn!!!!!!!!! Just before we went to the store this past few weeks I thought about egg nog. Every time after we got to town I forgot. Egg Nog sure would taste better than this iced tea that I drink 364 days a year.
    :drink::cheers:

    I notice so many door handles broken on newer vehicles. Back in the good ole days about all they did was get weak springs and sag. Been lucky. Never had one break yet. ------
    Yet! Darn, I jinxed me! And it is raining.

    A lady should not be crawling around upstairs in crawl spaces while her husband is out Eggnog shopping. Your job as CHEERS and TOAST coordinator is to be here.

    Frohes neues Jahr !!! Where is my German sister-in-law when I need her to read to me?
