    Thanks so much.
I hope to bring it home this weekend and enjoy it before the snow falls.

That car looks to be a Lark Daytona~ top of the line as wagons go.
I'll bet it's loaded with options, right? (V8 {259, 289}, auto, PS, PDB, TT, A/C...?) Good score.

I hope you did get it inside when/if you got it got home!!! Leaky Wagonaires lead to RUSTY Wagonaires!!!

It's totally easy to find (most) parts for that car!!!

Indeed. We've even got a website or two~
    http://www.studebakervendors.com/
    http://www.studebakerswap.com/swap/swap.php

Nope- the SBC didn't show up under Studebaker hoods until 1965.
Wagonaires have come to be known for their epic amounts of rust.
Yes- even moreso then a 'normal' Stude.
Rear quarter panels and tailgates are the worst. That makes them hardest to find replacements for, of course.
But front fenders and doors can interchange with sedans.

Drop me a line if you wanna know more-
we have about three or four of these on the property being parted out.
And yes indeed- join the Studebaker Driver's Club. http://www.studebakerdriversclub.com/

It'll make things a ton easier on you in the long run.
Be sure to drop in on their Forum too. http://forum.studebakerdriversclub.com/forum.php
Lotsa help to be found there for you.

(just don't listen to that "StudeDave '57" guy- he's full of it!!! :rofl2:)

Sorry for the late answers- I just now seeing the other threads you've started.
Some of this might still help you though, right?
