    I was on the way home Saturday when I saw this beauty in a Sonny's Barbecue parking lot. A first, I just drove past with a quick glance. Then my mind processed it, and I said "Whoa, WTF was that?" I made a U-turn and busted out the camera phone:

    I can't stop smiling.:yahoo::banana::dance::yippee:

    Turns out there was a car show ending up the road, and everyone was going home. I musta passed 10 sweet old cars on the way home.

    I've got that very same Hood Ornament! My neighbour found it with a bunch of old taillights and 1957 Mercury side mirrors. But now I want the rest of the car. :cry:

    That is a heck of a picture. Thanks.

    My Uncle had a 1956 Pontiac 2 Door Wagon I can't remember the model but it was fun to play in the back by myself while my cousins had to sit in the set, they were girls and had to act like it. :evilsmile::biglaugh:

    That's a rare one, too! Only 3,812 Mercury wagons built for 1951.
