Hi Guys Glad to be a member of this group! I have always loved the station wagon version of vehicles regardless of origin. My interest has been the British versions (probably because my g-father & uncles always drove British cars). However, as a Canadian I grew up in the 50's & 60's when the family vehicle of choice was the station wagon (not the SUV's which came along much later). My first recollection was a 1961 Falcon wagon that my family traveled in throughout Eastern Canada and we enjoyed camping in many of parks in eastern Canada. I hope to be able to contribute to the group whenever I can about my experiences and recollections of the times. Cheers & Happy Motoring Lloyd

Pooh...he never came back, those Eastern, Canadian maritimers are so elusive, just like our Moose...you know they're out there...somewhere!
Still Here Fanny Still out here in the boonies. I've been putting my cars (MGB & '58 Ford Prefect) away for their winter naps. I'm also trying to become a wagon owner. I have found 2 little British wagons that are available and I'm hoping to be able to buy 1 of them. If so, I'll be buying a roof rack and surfboard for it and heading for the beach come summer.
