My buddy was downtown and snapped this pic of his Caddy with the old Austin Power Plant in the background. Off topic but thought it was a great share-worthy pic!
Off topic...here??? never happen. It's long just not a long roof, but a beauty, power plant for sure. Your friends also have very good taste.
I posted about his '63 before here: http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=19537 . It's been in the family since new. The silver '76 Seville in the Austin Cars and Coffee pics is also his car. He love's Caddys and his cars are always spotless. Really a good guy too. -Mike
Old cadillacs are nice when they run right. But try wrenching on one and they are electrical nightmares. Too much on a cadillac to go wrong. Nice car tho
Back in the early 60's our family didn't know any rich people with Cadillacs or Lincolns, but one of my friends mom drove a '58 Buick Roadmaster 2-door hardtop. First thought upon getting a ride in it: "So this is how the other half lives......" P.S. They lived in the same middle class neighborhood we did. They apparently could afford the Buick because dad drove a VW Bug.
