That is a really pretty wagon! I like the matching scooter.

    How's the trip going, Rob?

That Caballero would look a lot better towing an Airstream. You could just put the Vespa inside, or on the tongue.

I can't help but look at that truly classic Buick wagon with a sly drool.
I love it, except for a few things.
Some people need to learn when to stop adding accessories to old cars and scooters.
ONE luggage rack is cool. TWO is wrong.
I wouldn't be surprised if the owner brought out the lifesize crying children dolls or the drive in food trays or some other such nonsense when they parked it.
But that is one beautiful car.
    Thanks for the photo!

Will start in OH on July 31..plans are to (again) drive rte 66 west to CA and after that heading east through NM to TX. Hopefully the Electra will carry us that same distance :162: as the Cat did.

That's a nice ride, I like the way the whole tire/wheel shows on those Buicks.

I agree. Other than a set of those duel curb feelers, Red Crown valve stem caps, White rear mudflaps with reflectors and marker lites, Duel spotlights, a fuzzy inside mirror muff, fuzzy red and white dice, a jiggly Hawiian hula dancer, a custom Brody steering wheel knob, an A &W rootbeer tray with mugs, phony food, and a menu, a maniquin of a carry out gal on roller skates, a blow up doll of Elvis or Marilyn Monroe, a small crybaby doll with a stuffed poodle under a tire, and me in the driver seat holding the title, it's perfect. Maybe my wife dressed like Linda Vaughn sitting on the scooter smiling and waving and duel rear antennas with coon tails on them. But nothing distracting or gaudy !

I like your subtle style. Understatement is everything.

I may have missed a few things but didn't want to overdo it with such a beautiful wagon.

If they had a Wagonaire, they could've drove it in back. I wish the scooter rack was chromed, but oh well a cool wagon and scooter. I thought this would be a Corvair though.
