Yes, the first pic is a 71 Chrysler. I tried to snap a picture while my friend who was driving passed it on the way to the show. I expect they were going to the show as well, as spectators like us.

On the way home, a rough looking 59 Chevy wagon with no front bumper blew past us on RT 94 in York Springs. It went by too quick to get a photo.

Cool pics! Love the booty on that 71 T&C. Once again, I didn't make it to the show this year. If you look at my most recently posted thread, you'll see why :slap:

Sorry to hear you dented the wagon.

Heres the rest of the pictures I took, so you'll see what you missed.

Carlisle Ford show 2012 Album 1 (Fords, Mercs, and trucks)

Carlisle Ford show 2012 Album 2 (Mustangs Cougars, and Cobras)

2/3 of the show was new or new-ish Mustangs. For the most part I didn't look at much built after the early 70's.
You may find a few more wagons in the first album, but I posted most of the wagon pics here already. There were some lat 70's and 80's wagons but I didn't walk down that row and didn't take pics of those wagons.

I'll be sure to page through the pics, thanks for the links! Unfortunatley, tho, the car ins't a wagon. But depending on what happens with the insureance company I may end up in one :)

That '63 Fairlane Squire with the red bucket seat interior and a 4-speed is certainly interesting. Did it get built that way from the factory?

Yes, Factory 4 speed car. I heard the owner telling someone the production numbers of these wagons built with 4 speed trans. I don't remember what the number was, but it was extremely low, as in less than 10 made with the 4 speed.

No, I didn't see a single car at the Ford show with the ugly extended Talledega style none. I think this it the look they were after.
But the stripes on the wagon do fall short of the front bumper like they do on the extended nose version.

I wonder too, I don't know why a guy couldn't have ordered one that way. The Cyclone, on the other hand, that's surely a phantom?

Beautiful wagons, all, but I'll always have a soft spot for the '67. That was one of the best looking cars my dad ever had. Met. Blue Country Squire with 'the' badge in the grille and 'the' mill between the fenders...
