    I've visited DC several times, I like riding the Megabus from Knoxville, TN to there. Sometimes it only cost $1 to ride one way. Fun times!:)

    Funny story about DC and cameras with film. In 2006 my hubby & I visited DC and we hadn't upgraded our camera and still had to load it with film. We were watching the Changing of the Guard and I had taken a pic and the camera started the automatic rewind of the film...it was so loud amongst the silence of the Guard. We also asked some younger foreign guys to take our photo and they had no clue how to use our camera. They asked "what is this"? We laughed so hard about this, great memories!

    It's so easy even I can use one! Seriously, they are great cameras. I can take 8000 pictures on one card. More if i set it differently. Just plug that sucker into the computer and download the photos just like I know what I'm doing!
    There are lots of good cheap digital cameras out now and drug stores to download if you don't want to. Years ago when the cards were smaller, we'd go to a drug store and they'd put the photos on CD's. Then we could delete the cards and the photos could still be downloaded or just played on the computer.
    Get with it foxy, throw away that old Polaroid instant camera and that black powder box camera with the glass plates:rofl2:. .

    Yeah, yeah...I know. Funny thing is....I used cameras all my life in my business. I'm still old school, though...I love the look of film and am not impressed with digital. Except, you can do so much more with digital.
