    Gettin' involved in this one......

I believe the wagons only had 2 of the stripes on each side - no space for a third one due to the design of the wagon back end. Look real close at the quarter panel on this '61 V200 wagon - only 2 that I can see.

The 'stripes' are only a feature on the '61 Valiants I believe.

I got that image from this website - it's got some Plymouth Valiant catelogues posted.

You're going to need the help of the A-boy forum.

I haven't talked to him, but the guy who seems to be the expert on the early Valiants and Lancers goes by the name of 'slantsixdan'

As far as I've been able to tell they are the same, just different numbers of them. Yeah, all of his prices are through the roof.

Too bad for me as he has a lot of stuff I can actually use. I will just wait for a better deal.

I don't see much pitting in those e-bay pieces, but the chrome looks heavilly scratched. Looks like you would need to have them rechromed.

By the time you go to that expense, you may as well take your pitted ones, and have a chromer drill and fill the pits and then rechome your originals.

Or take one good original and have it 3D photocopied...

Yup, he has all kinds of overpriced stuff on ebay. I've found other/better places to get certain parts and I've only been looking for a couple of days.

Some people just don't get it.
