    Thanks, it was a freebie off Craigslist.

    After consulting my insurance agent and finding out that any garage fire claim wouldn't be covered unless I had it professionally installed, and even then they'd only pay out 20% of the damages, I decided not to use it.

    It's just a garage space taker-upper now...:(
