    Welcome aboard, from another Michigander!
Please tell us more about that Torino.

Are you planning to paint it or keep that incredibly cool desert patina?

Yeah, patina like that cannot be replaced so.... answer carefully. I like it just the way it is. Maybe simply drop the nose slightly and.... well... DRIVE IT!

:Welcome:glad you finally woke up and joined us. Nice wagon. But! Butt! I am not a believer in patina----rust! Some vehicles with fading look cool, usually on very old cars. But I like shiny paint. Of course, this is yours and you should do what you want. Since we are voting, I vote repaint it!:taz:

HUMMM? Keep it off the Southfield, and 94, 96, 696 this time ah year or your patina will have "air gap spots" all over:cry:(y) Or find ah tank big enough to submerge it totally in POR-15 before you take it out:dance: :rofl2::Welcome: BTW, Jer

Welcome to the forum, triplelindy. Very nice Torino.

Never been to Michigan, but had a roommate in my college years in West Los Angeles who was from Southfield, Mi. (this was back in '70/'71 ... He's back there in the Southfield now area AFAIK.....)

    Thanks for the welcome

Thanks for the great welcome. More info. 351 w c4, had a/c.Paint is all original, blue int. is decent, lots of fun too drive. I really want to restore it, but cant afford to now. Some of you know how hard it is to keep a car clean and functional in Mi, we have the worst roads and the SALT. And to make it worse I live on a dirt road. It has not been wet since I got it, I am really trying to keep it SOLID. Yes those are 14X7 magnums, Probably coming off for 15 inch steelies with stock dog dish caps. Love the car and I was really suprised that ALL of the trim is still there. Great site, will try to be more active, Thanks.
