As my daughters say, "That's a lot of look!"

I imagine those are correct, original colors, but I would like it better in the cream/bronze combination with that interior.

The builder can be proud of that craftsmanship on that car. Beautiful work!

The exterior color doesn't go with the interior very well. My guess is that the original exterior color was something else.

I dislike it when they paint over the door latches and fasteners, as you can see in the photo of the engine compartment. And the close-up photo of the driver's side A-pillar makes it look a little rough, like maybe they didn't bother removing the weatherstripping before painting. I would expect some paint chipping in that area. It makes me wonder what other shortcuts were taken. If I could afford to pay the price they are asking, I would want a better quality paint job.

    Otherwise, a beautiful car.

Beautiful wagon indeed... But I would rather it be in almost any colour than that.

Does Mary Kay come to mind? Yes it's beautiful and I want it. The paint job could have been much nicer if they'd taken time to at least mask off latches and bolts or removed them. And any other color would be better with that nice interior. Still a very nice wagon.

    OK - pink?
This wagon desperately needs a color change. Paint everything that's pink a light brown /gold-ish color to go with the interior. The white top is OK. They're asking $38k for it, but are immediately turning off a lot of buyers with the color. If it were my wagon and I was selling it, I'd invest $1,500 - $2,000 in a decent (not 'perfect') color-change.

Well - then again, I never would have bought it in the first place.

If it were a gold color I would have bought it--if I had money and a warehouse full of other cars and wagons.
Silverfox might still buy it for his Mary Kay route.
It's got curb feelers! Old men in Wisconsin need those to find those tall curbs.:rofl2:

Beautiful wagon and I've really no problem with the exterior color; I think it screams '50's. What I do have a problem with is how the interior does not go at all with the outside, to the point where I have a hard time believing even back then, that the factory would've built it that way.

   :bowdown:OK... This is my all time favorite car/wagon!!! I grew up in a 1960 Plymouth wagon.. It was beautiful! Just like this only the car was BLACK with the white highlights. It had a blue interior and a blue, clear, square steering wheel. If I ever find one when I have the $$$ it will be my holy grail of wagons.. I... LOVE... THIS.... CAR!!!!

I agree. I actually like the outer combo. We owned a 1949 Ford coupe that was Pepto Bismal pink with wide whites. After the initial shock I loved it. But it had a white R & P interior with just a hint of pink piping and trim. |
Altho my wife doesn't drive I told everyone it was her car!:rofl2:

There ya go! And this one wouldn't look bad in black with that interior.

I don't think that's the original color. They had a gold/bronze type color they used that color interior in.. don't believe exterior was originally pink. Would still love it anyway!!!

Pink, schmink, that's one groovy wagon. Chrysler did some crazy stuff with color back in the day but I doubt that color combo was an option. I wonder if it really was a Mary Kay car?

Even if pink was not a option in that model year, I kinda like the exteriour look for some reason. The interiour though, just ....WTF?, wrong colours peroiud for the paint.
