I need to order some carpet for the back of my 1987 Caprice (side panels and luggage bay flat bits), has anyone replaced this and have any idea of how many yards I would need (ordering from USA to UK so it's vital that I order the right amount first time!!!) Also, anyone know what the original colours were? I'm thinking Federal Blue but I'm not sure...
I'm sorry I can't help you with the amount of material needed, but I'll check my '87 Caprice Sales Brochure to verify the correct colour for you.
after doing some research on capriceclassic.com, if your blue caprice is the original color then the stock carpet color could be one of three choices... blue, gray or saddle. and all I know is the width of the car is 6 feet, so whatever you do buy a little more than that and then cut to fit. hope that helps!
