Hello everyone, its good to find a site just for wagons. I drive a 2003 Ford Taurus wagon powered by the 3.0 Duratec V6. The car has just over 102K miles and still wins awards at almost every show its taken to. Most of the modifications to the car are all done using all original taurus parts from almost every year of the taurus. I am always looking for something new to do to the wagon to improve the looks or performance. To date the car has won 24 awards with 14 of those comming in 2011 alone. The awards are on from all levels, local, state and national shows & contests. My interests are all centered around cars, motorsports photography and any form of racing are what keep me busy when I am not playing with the wagon. If your ever around the Cleveland Ohio area, look me up. Here are a couple pics of the wagon.
Can't see your pics DLC360. I had no idea the Taurus in even came in a wagon. (forgive me, I'm from the other side of the planet. ) Oh and I also forgot to say Welcome! (though I'm rarely here)
I always loved the Taurus wagons. Neighbor back in central Illinois had several. Yours looks nice. Even my 1955 Chevy wagon has a Taurus part. The third brake lite. It no longer is marked Ford though! Forgot,to the forum!
Be patient for your pics to show. Mr. Stefan the Admin (and owner) has to OK them. They'll be up soon... In the meantime, welcome to the forum! Marshall
so whats the plans for the wagon.man ? Did I say we like I tkink you will enjoy the ride on this craZy train ,stay safe, STAY
Thanks all for the welcome. This is my 4th and best wagon, gotta love these beasts. Right now I am waiting for a new gauge cluster, a rare piece from a Platnum Edition Sable, and I have repainted some dash panels for a new look, pics when completed of course. I have also picked up a factory remote 6 CD player to add to my center console that will be installed when the weather breaks in the spring.
Seriously?! I must have missed that post! Folks, I know this guy, but please do not blame anything he does on me. I told him about this forum and he just HAD to join J/K folks, you will love him. D, I welcome you to this here place. And please do not keep me in the dark about any more mods like above. I will hunt you down.
That's a fantastic Tarus. I've never seen on customized before. No wonder you win. Now I want one. Fantastic
