Hi All, After ~20 years in SoCal and the crazy car scene there, I have moved back to my native Oregon. I started with old iron ('50 Chevy 3600) and then switched to Volkswagens and didn't look back. Getting back to my roots geographically has also got me looking at old cars again. I've always been a wagon fan, so various images searches kept bring me to this forum and I decided to register and get it over with. Still looking for my next toy, but I think I'm narrowing it down! Wish me luck...
gevusor from another Oregonian in Exile--- have a good buddy there in Oregon getting ready to sell his 64 BelAir that he has had for 25+ years. and right down your line as he is a "stone" VW" guy. Used it as his tow vehicle for his VW powered drag cars. It is done right... I would have sent this as a private message, but havent a clue how to do it. mick
You escaped too, I see..... I was a California native. Grew up in the West L.A. area, then lived in Orange, CA. from 1981 to 2009. Moved up here to the Eugene / Springfield area in August, 2009 after being laid off from my insurance claims job. Welcome to the forums... Marshall

Welcome, I was borne and raised in So Cal and later moved about as far north as I could without crossing the border into Oregon .... you see Oregon has those picky septic tank laws and I was afraid they wouldnt allow me to drive mine on the road. Welcome again.
Welcome from Utah! Home of America's richest weirdos. I also was a "bugman" back in the day, it's where I cut my automotive teeth an got the custom "itch" in a bad way. Hope you find a project soon. Good luck!
