    When I told my friend aboutTedy's story i was told this. On another similar note a friend from near Peoria, Illinois told me over the phone about these random acts of kindness happening there lately. It was in the local papers. :clap:

    A similar thing happened to my girl friend. She lost her brother in a fire last week, and was going through the drive thru at K FC and the girl said someone inside paid for your meal. We don't know if it was someone that knew she lost her brother, or it was a Christmas thing, but it did help cheer her up.

    Thanks silverfox, the scary thing is, she lived with her brother, but had gone to a Christms light show with me that night.

    well this kinda blew my mind reading this tonite,.we had someone pay for our coffee's and danish's on the 23rd,.thru the drive thru,(tim hortons) i could hardly believe it,.
    We are planning on doing the same thing to someone else in the drive thru in the near future,.
    Random acts of kindness,.. nice.

    just for the theme....ive been going to the same Timmy's for about 5 years every morning...i know all the girls by name and them me..(apparently Im charming):p

    anyhoo...i pull up on the 23rd morn...and 4 of the girls come charging to the window and say MERRY XMAS...and hand me a gift card...I say thanx ...give it back....and drive away !!;)

    next morning they say...you forgot it...i said NO...use it to buy the next few cars worth till it runs out:drink:

    she leans out the window and says.. "and thats why we luv you"

    ...dont think ive blushed like that since I was a teen....:rofl2:
