    Do you drive with the lights on? A few years back when I lived in CO, a serviceman was home on leave around the fourth of July and he put red, white and blue lights just like Christmas lights and got a ticket for them. It was on all the local news stations but I can't find the story though.

    Yes, I do.

    The deal is he used only red white and blue. That combination implies "police" in most areas. If he used all-white or multi-color (with orange/green/yellow as well) like mine, he likely would've been fine.

    edit:// I see it was the 4th of July, so all-white or multi color wouldn't have been appropriate for that holiday.

    Nice pictures.:clap::clap:

    Here in Florida, at least places we've been, it is up to the police on duty. Apparently any colored lights are ilegal. Depends on where you are and the mood the cop is in!
    Many of us have neon or LED under car and motorcycle lights for events. Some forget or try to drive with them on. Some get by with it. Some don't!:slap:

    Here in Utah the UHP's are so so so uptight that any variation on a vehicle could get you pulled over. The biggest ticket I have had in my wagon was $350.00 and after a long argument had my registration and inspection revoked, and then had to pay to have the car towed to my house. If you get the wrong trooper it really sucks.

    These guys seem to have a really bad case of "little mans" syndrome. It's a huge revenue generator for the state and they are everywhere. I used to drive a minitruck and at times they would flip a Uturn on the freeway going through the median just to chase me down..."here's another 3 pager for you Mr. Savage."
