Just been reading your posts re kidney stone. Had a couple myself (none for a while touch wood) there is nothing like that pain! Cant imagine 10mm stone... passed a 4mm one like trying to pee a pineapple... Hope you are on the road to recovery now.

They came out with a "NEW" version called Throwback. It uses real sugar instead of the high fructose corn syrup. Actually, when you can find it, Wally World has their own version called Mtn. Lightning. Unfortunately, every time I go to mine, they're out. FIRST & ONLY off brand version I've found that tastes the same & it's cheaper. $4.00 for a 12 pack of the real thing & $2.50 for Wally World's.

We've tried all of those. Not bad. Most sodas taste differently than years ago. I thought it was my tastbuds but others say that too. From what I've heard diet soda and those artificial sweetners are worse than sugar for us. If we give up microwaves, eggs, sugar, and everything else they tell us, we may as well be dead. And, notice, later reports say eggs, coffee, and other things are good for us! Depends on who's geting paid to say what.-----Take care and keep playing with old cars. We need to stick around and agitate thes young kids awhile longer. :rofl2:

Always give a buddy on the Eagle site a hard time about being a young'un (just turned 30 this year). Tell him about 'the good ol' days' when they didn't have all the computerized stuff on them & you didn't need a college degree just to change the oil.

I remember the days we used to set points on our rides with a matchbook cover. I also remember feeling all gangster when I started using the dwell meter my pop made from a kit and the cool little tool you slipped through the distributor window(GM) and could watch the dwell angle value change as you turned it. ;)

They've never seen the old 5h1trolet oil filter can (Fram CH200PL). They think ALL oil filters just screw off & on. "What's the big deal about resistor plugs? Everything (even my lawn mower) has a resistor plug." Air filters are in a box with a hose to the fuel injection. They don't know what they missed. They've never heard of turning the lid over on the air cleaner to make it sound like a 4 Bbl.
