    Hello All-
I found this site completely by accident, and can't be happier that I did.

My name is Tim and I have had an '87 Caprice Estate for about a year and a half. My wife and I had wanted a wagon for quite some time, and after seeing it driving around, I saw it on Craigslist. I grabbed it knowing it needed(perpetual) work, but she just fell in love with the yellow gold color- so here I am, a proud owner of a rotting Caprice. Until this morning, when I had the opportunity to buy another one, a garage kept '87 Caprice Classic, again in yellow gold- but a total stripper- virtually zero options, but almost perfect bodywise. I tried to post pics of my first one in the Garage, but the error "too large" came up. Haven't gotten pics of my new find yet, but when I do- I'll gladly share. Look forward to contributing what I can.

Thanks everybody for the warm welcome. Stefan- I'll have to take a look at that thread when I get out of work. Jmt455, I swore I wouldn't let it happen, but who can pass up a clean, elderly owned car?
Fannie- I promise I'll get pics up, I'm quite eager to show them off to a group who will appreciate them for what they are. My Wife does love the wagons, but she drove one once and swore never again- too big! She has a little Chevy Cobalt, which for me is too small! She does come from a wagon background though, her 1st car was her parents' '75 AMC Hornet Sportabout X. Man- I wish I was around to see that!

I read the thread about resizing, but it does not appear that the software for resizing pictures supports Macs. Any ideas?

    Crash...!

:Welcome: to the station wagon forum. Sometimes accidents can be nice. I was told by a friend about this site and I accidently wander back often just to look around. But it is no longer an accident. There are many great members here to share stories, pictures, and information......Some is about station wagons!:jumping:-I'm retired. What's a wallet?
