    Wing nut comes to mind.

    With one of the wings broken off.

    And the nut is stripped.

    He needs a tour in the military and get to go see what other people in the world are living under, and maybe his ability to deal with reality will improve a little tiny bit. I don't think much, but perhaps just a little.

    One can only feel bad for his parents, even if they encouraged this. Sorry for them if they didn't, and even sorrier for them if they did :rofl2:
