I really enjoy reading this forum on the wagons and seeing the pics. I have owned a few 58 chevy wagons in my lifetime and still enjoy them to this day.I am always driving around this part of the country looking in backyards and barns or where ever for 58 wagons. They sure are not as easy to find now as they were when I was a kid,(or as cheap)but that has been many years ago.My first car was a black 58 Impala. My second and third were 58 Brookwood Wagons and i've loved them ever since(even though i'm a Ford man now) I still have a love for the 58 wagons.

Welcome to the site. My first car was a '58 Nomad Wagon. It was a 348, 3-Speed. Bought it for $50 back in '68.

Have a '58 Biscayne parts car here now.

Thanks for all the welcomes. I'm still searching for a 58 wagon. I am almost to the point of even taking a 60,61 or 62 wagon if i find one of those. I had a chance to purchase a 58 Ford Ranchero 2 months ago, but the wife talked me out of it saying that if I bought it then I would be sure to run across that 58 wagon that I want.

Just sit under your shadetree and wait. When I bought my little red 55 Chevy wagon I was really wanting a Nomad or sedan delivery of the same year. Happy with the wagon. Had it since late 80's. But only a few weeks after I got it there was a nice 1955 sedan delivery for sale not more than 35 miles away that I passed often in the company truck. I had just bought a 1957 Chevy HT and a 1949 Ford also. Had no money or room for what I really wanted. So wait---or be happy with whatever comes along like I did. :yup:
