Hello other wagon lovers out there.I am almost finished with my 63 nova wagon gasser build and I'm trying to figure out what other wagon drag racers are doing with their fuel cells since your not supposed to just mount it to the floor in the back.Thanks,Steve.

    :Welcome: Steve
as for the tank...you can mount it in the back...but you'll have to build a flash shield around it:slap:

or you can mount under the back...gotta have a roll over valve...or double pig tail the vent tube
RCI makes a butt load of different sizes and shapes

Last car I did with a fuel cell was my '32 Ford 3-window, with an '07 Hemi engine.

I had the fuel cell strapped to the trunk floor right behind my back with a fire-resistant FRP panel bulkhead, and fire-rated insulation glued to that.

The only issue was there were no baffles in the tank, so hard cornering or braking and the fuel would slosh and starve the external fuel pump.

My advice, get a quality fuel cell and always carry a fire extinguisher in the front seat.

    Can't wait to see pics!
