Second the clone idea, what a great wagon, interesting to know how many factory four speed Coronets and Belvedere wagons were built in '66. What was the original color combination of the car?

This one's got a early Mustang grill, too. Your dad was a kit-bashing model builder, only in 1:1 scale........

That last picture looks like he has two air deflectors screwed together!

Great imagination! Hope you find it...

That had to be the coolest wagon on the block. And you had to have the coolest parents.

If you have to clone it, at least you have some different versions to choose from. But it sure would be amazing to find the original... I'll be cheering you on! And meanwhile, you have a killer Demon to play with. Life is sweet.

I saw when you posted this on Moparts. I think that is one of the coolest wagons ever. I love 70's custom jobs.

I like the original color with the original stripe, but with the Javelin grille. The color appears to be Medium Tan Metallic as the Citron Gold Metallic color of 66 had a very greenish tint to it and looked nothing like an actual gold color. I think that if the car still existed, then photos of it from some Mopar show, cruise in, custom car show, or even from some junk yard would have turned up somewhere on the internet by now, unless it happened to be sitting in a barn somewhere and owned by someone who doesn't look at any car sites on the internet.
I think you need to plan on building a clone. Good luck.
