So here we go: Well the Roady spent the day at Firestone getting aligned after I found out the front tires were worn badly on the insides, so Dad and I ran south and went yarding. Scored a good set of 4-note horns from a CLEAN '95 sedan. Sorry there are not more pics...not to be vulgar but I was sweating my sack off...it was HOT today. 90's this afternoon and no clouds. Thanxs for the pics. Good chance you would even have to find the same year for a perfect colour match. When it comes to blue, there still were a few 4 doors like my 83 in the wreakers when got it. Same blue interiours, but put a interiour parts together with only a couple years difference and the coulours were clearly nite and day.
Yup....you are right, Fat. The color I have is different than most of the DCM cars. They changed it....for the better, I think, but, now it is hard to find.
Boy....do I hear THAT, wiz! Wisconsin is not only cold a lot of the year but the cars are eaten up by salt for the most part.

I havn't been to a scrap yard that you can walk around since I lived in San Diego. So many hidden treasures just waiting to be found. Not just parts either.
Thankfully we had a cool front blow in last night. Highs yesterday in the low 90's, today in the low 70's. Feels a lot more like March. I expect 90's in Texas, but not until late May-early June please! I was seriously thinking of nabbing the full seats out of that maroon Roady sedan. It's not hard to modify the sedan rear seat to work in a wagon, and it looks a lot better and gives you a rear fold-down arm rest. Only negative is the seat will no longer fold down totally flat. There is a write-up on doing the conversion on the Longroof forum. I'm still tempted to go get those seats....grrr... Looking forward to doing the 4-note horn mod next weekend. -Mike
