Drove the old bird from TN to FL and back.

    I recently went down to south Florida for a wedding and decided to make a week out of it to see some old friends. I chronicled it over at the Nest. http://forums.amceaglenest.com/index.php?topic=34463.msg272064#new

    I got home last night. I found out Friday afternoon that I will be working in Tampa, FL for a month and need to be there Monday night. So one day home and back in the Eagle for the 11.5 hour trip.

    holy crap rick!!!

    thats the beach i used to hang out on! i used to walk down to the inlet and hangout and snorkel in the little cove directly across from the lighthouse.
    used to stop at Mac Donalds convenience store next to the bridge and grab a couple iced teas to take with me!

    I got 45 minutes from home and got a call to turn around. I have to work in town for at least a week and have no problem with that.
