Yes members, it's been a while. Don't get on here much any more, but would like to wish everyone Happy Holidays and a great 2011. Also thought I'd post a couple photos of the Colony taken today. I've had two offers to buy the car, but politely declined. Be safe - Owen
Yes Merry Christmas to everyone and a happy new year! Did it come with the window drip edges? If not where did you get them?
Merry Christmas. Nice Marquis Grande´! The black is a very good look on it and those turbine styled wheels have always been a favorite of mine on those cars. I spared you my typical bad humor by not saying "that's one 'grand' Marquis!".......
Merry Chistmas Owen, hope you and family have a great season I still can't believe your wagon was in my back yard and I did'nt even know it. For the newer members that don't know the story, this explains some of it after I mailed my old Merc's licence plates to Owen.... http://www.stationwagonforums.com/forums/showthread.php?t=10845
Thanks Fox. I'm trying to balance online activity with other activities. I expect I'll do the Red Bank show every summer that I can, so between that and the winter holidays, you know I'll be checking in at least twice a year. Thanks Mark, and Merry Christmas. Next time just hit us with your best shot, no apology required. Good one KK
OK...What is a De Sade Option???? And rite back at ya Owen..... .....Your car should be in my drive way!
They were put on in late 1989. The logo on them says "Ventshade Co." from Lawrenceville, Ga. When I did a search, here's what I found (looks like they stayed in business and now call themselves Auto Ventshade Co.): Auto Ventshade CO, Lund International 655 Raco Drive Lawrenceville, GA 30046-7689 map Atlanta, GA Metro Area Phone: (770) 339-5800 Website:Autoventshade.com
