Gauge clusters come up regularly on ebay all the time, and I'm sure if you asked over on foureyed pride you could find whatever parts you need.
Man, I had an extra Fairmont dash cluster until a year ago. I think it got tossed when my dad cleaned out his barn. It came out of my first Fairmont wagon when I swapped in a Mustang dash. If it was still there, I'd give it to her.
