Isnt this the truth! A friend of mine that recently purchased an 84 Riviera, while reading up on things about his new purchase, said that wikipedia mentioned the turbo 350 transmission as being available in that car. (With front wheel drive?!):slap:

Got your PM and replied, but not sure if you would check this first, but here is what I come up with on my 72 Kingswood Estate... I had my dad help me. Its measuring 96 inches from the front edge of the front door to the center of the rear axle. Not sure where the other 1 inch was placed. lol. If you ever find out, let me know. :) Hope this helps out some.

Call GM. lol. Too bad there arent any GM designers or autoworkers from the 70s on here. :)

has anyone measured the length of the front of the back door to the back of the back door? I dont know, maybe it was just not in any certain area, but just two inches shorter over a widespread area?

Well..................I called a glass supplier and they said the back door glass is the same for BOPs and Chevys.

That doesn't mean the door isn't longer though. It's definitely a different door, based on the shape of the back end of it.

I guess we need to wagons side by side to really figure this out.

Any wagon shows in or near CT?
