Always a big hole left when someone so young goes. Sad. Maybe that's why the Irish have those famous wakes. Lifts up the spirits a bit.:)

You do get some nice projects under you, don't you? Beautiful work as always.:thumbs2:

I'm sorry to hear about the passing of your friends, too, FF. At my age I am losing way too many friends. There just isn't any easy way to accept it.

    What Fox said.....

It is always tough to lose ones we care about. A reminder to take the time we have left and enjoy the things we want to do, not the things everyone else thinks we should be doing.

FF, you keep that pace up and you aren't going to have any time to spend on the Forums.

Some of the fulla's got together and made an Urn for him and a piece of old car fulla art work...

A little motor to help motor along..

There was a very large turnout as he was a real stand up guy...

Quite a large number of the fulla's put a day's insurance on their vehicles to have them there for him...

It's Great that there was a large turn out. It shows how well he was respected and loved.

Now THAT is cool! I have often wished that when I go all the wagon guys and old car guys would show up for a funeral procession. That would be so cool. Your friend must have been a great guy to have all those people pull their cars out for his wake, FF. What a great send off.

For some people this is just a hobby. For others, it is a lifestlye, the way we meet friends, the initial common interest that then extends to families, and a way to share all the ups and downs of lifes experiences.

You folks did your friend proud. Maybe his daughter will be catching a ride to breakfast with mom, or someone in the group, from time to time.
