Anyway I've got a 61 Fairlane Ranchwagon,332 FE Bigblock, 2 spd auto that I'm working on, I bought it off a bloke who started working on it but didn't go through with restoring it. Anyway it needs some love, but hopefully I can get her back on the road asap

Here in the US, that would be a 59. But it looks like it has extra chrome trim not found on any of the American 59 Ford wagons.

random as sin but I justremembered this forum, especially since I've got another wags for a daily it's just an xc falcon. yeah in the states they upgraded in aus we kept runnin the same thing for a couple more years and just wacked on a couple stainless spears, and claimed it as new, admittedly the wagons were stripped back but mines been tarted up by a previous owner what can I say it even has rear over riders bit of progress but nothing thats been to visuasally substantial.
