I really like this sort of theme being applied to wagons - i.e. taking the muscle-car variant and kitting the wagon out as if it came that way from the factory - aka the Thunderbolt scoop. I am following a similar route with my 69 Holden, having fitted a GTS bonnet, guards & dash...as well as a couple of items inspired by the racing Holdens of the same era.

Those chrome-smoothies really really suit your build too - look forward to seeing pictures of that T-bird consol! That looks like rear buckets too - have you fitted a full length consol that goes between the rear seats as well? Would T-bird rocker covers & air cleaner fit your mill to keep the theme going under the bonnet as well?

It's all good man! No problem! Your wagon is top notch. I'd share a thread with you anyday. But I won't race you! My 401 nailhead has some power but not that much!!!

HT69 allot of wagons back in the 60's were raced here just because of the weight transfer, they just weren't cool. I'm going to try to get some real T-Bird valve covers and make a set for the wagon.

I'm ordering spacers for the valve covers. No 1/4 mile racing but I hold my own on the street. I'll put up a video of the car running.
