Hey guys, thanks for this topic. Without the Intro, its like throwing a monkey wrench (from Rev's toolbox) into the reason that the Forum works. I like that reference to tools. This Forum is one of the best tools in my kit. Thanks guys.

And all you newbies... clean the wrenches before you give 'em back, eh?:beerchug:

Back in my teens, when the Hemi-powered batmobile was on tour at the Toronto Hot Rod shows, there was a Front-door hatchback Isuzu with a jet engine. That's probably the smallest 'wagon' with the most power I know of.

Then there's this Sherman Tank powered Mustang!

Or that Ferrari-powered Rambler that Stefan mentioned!

Welcome home and have a good time!

I thought the original Batmobile was ford powered? I seen in a magazine article that it actualy started as a Lincoln with a big block ford as the power plant. It was some type of famous automobile book.

You're right, it was a Lincoln back in 1955 or1957. Then George Barris got it and did a Hemi-powered version with the jet-type turbine rear-end and tailfins.

You'd die of hunger. I'm fussy about my beer, and only buy it in the hottest part of the summer. I think I've got 6 empties from last July. :D

I like dark beer from a local micro-brewery up here.

Thanks for the welcome, I'm glad to be here. I've had GM muscle cars for years, and a '71 Cutlass wagon back in the day. I now have a '68 Tempest wagon (GTO clone in its future), and I'm trying to sell two 1967 Buick Sportwagons.
