    1956-57 Note the "R" in the hubcaps,, the "N" on the gas cap (nash). no drivers mirror,, but a chrome oval near where mirror would mount,,that "states" equiped with AC. Now notice the dip in roof line .. thats Ed Andersons (desinger) way to convert a 4 door sedan to a wagon by ADDING the extended roof..not to retool a whole new long roof. Remember Nash -Hudson just merged in '54 and funds were tight

    I really like that pic of the old timer and his Nash Rambler, a true "the way it was" picture. The old garage in the back ground, proud old man, great pic.
