If you really wanna run the Torque thrusts, 17" is as big as you can go without going custom. If you want 18" or larger, may I suggest the Coy's C5? Similar design, but the barrell is smooth. I can't help you with $ on those, however, they sell direct. http://www.coyswheel.com/coys.html If you are gonna dive it allot, stick to 17's for best combo of ride/apperence. If you don't mind a firm ride, go large!
I'm running 18x8.5's. You can go up to 18x10's if you do it right, but 18x8.5's are easy. Here's an awesome cappy wagon with 20" c5's, 20x8.5 and 20x10's (!!!!!) I can walk ya through the whole thing, if you like. c5's come in an 18x9.5- with a 5.5 backspacing, it'd be dead solid perfect- or the 18x8 with 4.5bs. Heck run 'em staggered. Blah blah, I'm talking too much. Join the Impalassforum.com - the wagon section has like 100+ members with Roadmaster wagons.
